The fix before relaunch

  • Book the calendar directly. Kill the "Armon will reach out" handoff. Khloe offers 2 real slots + drops the booking link herself, then auto-moves the deal to Tour Booked.
  • First-name hygiene. Strip IG handles / business names. Use the first name only, or none — never "Maricarmen | Online Fitness."
  • Anchor the rent. Give a range instead of dodging ("we cover it on the tour"), then pivot to booking.
  • Kill the break-up text. Replace "should I set this aside?" with urgency + the direct link. Re-engage, don't invite the exit.
